This past weekend has been held with astonishing success at Valis Resort Hotel in Agria Volos, the “1st International Conference of Greek Stevia”
The event was attended by a mixed audience of students, teachers, farmers, traders, doctors and professionals, but also by the merely curious consumers who so had the opportunity to get to know Stevia and learn about its properties, the cultivation methods and the processing and the marketing of the finished product.
More than 500 people filled the hall and listened with keen interest to the speakers during the two-day conference.
The great success of this meeting is due not only to the efficient organization, but also, and above all, to the intervention of eminent Greek and Foreign professionals, professors and doctors gathered from all over Greece, Europe, India and South America to share their experience. Among them, it is worth mentioning:
